A 100% gluten free restaurant means the restaurant has a kitchen that is dedicated to preparing only gluten free food. No products containing gluten are used in the kitchen. There should be virtually no risk of cross contamination in these restaurants and bakeries. Mountain Top Wheat Free Gluten Free and Dairy Free Bakery is a gluten free bakery and a gluten free restaurant.  There are not very many gluten free bakeries or gluten free restaurants in North America.  The Celiac Restaurant Guide would like to encourage you to support gluten free restaurants and gluten free bakeries when you find them.  If they are supported more often by Celiacs, more gluten free restaurants and bakeries will open, and the ones that are here will continue to profit and operate in your community.

We are dedicated to providing gluten free, dairy free or sugar free bakery products to people with special needs.Our products include bread, muffins, pizza, pastries, cookies and cakes are made from scratch in a gluten free facility. Besides, we also have a cafe to serve gluten free breakfast and lunch such as pancake, bacons and eggs toast, sandwiches and soups.

We do check all our purchased ingredients from meat to soft drink carefully and make sure there is no gluten or wheat ingredient inside. Our mission is to help people with Celiac disease and other food intolerances to find a healthy diet.

We are a happily married couple. Harold is a businessman, Dona's career was in nursing. We have recently become interested in the problems faced by people with Celiac Disease when they need to eat at restaurants. 2 members of our family have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Both of them manage quite well when they eat at home preparing their own meals, but when they need to eat away from home it is much more difficult.
