Voila Gluten Free Bakeree is a family owned business They are catering to people with Celiac, IBS, Crohns, Autistic and Diabetic diseases.
They bake utilizing the highest grade of certified Gluten-Free flours, oats, ingredients and baking to the highest standards.
The Bakeree is located in beautiful downtown Oakville west of the marina. Julia, the owner and our lead baker has Celiac disease.
All the Gluten-Free breads, buns, loaves, bagels, baguettes, pita, muffins, pizza dough, pies, cakes and our raisin cinnamon bread are made with certified Organic gluten-free flour and are Trans fat Free. The oatmeal cookies are made with Gluten-Free oats.
The baking environment is both peanut and nut free.
They carry a variety of home made jams, fresh Gluten-Free pasta and sauces.
They have four type of breads, flax-multigrain, Bran, brown rice, eggless & sugarless sourdough that are baked fresh. Baked fresh means baked today.
