For those of you who are reading what I've written here for the very first time, please know that I did not always eat only 1,000 calories per day. It took months for me to accept this amount of nutrition really does work well with my body.
When I first started following the keto diet this past February 1st, I didn't even monitor my food intake for the first month. No, I just followed what is lovingly referred to as "lazy keto".
Lazy keto is when you just keep count of how many carbs you eat. Many people are able to successfully eat this way without ever counting anything else. I might have been able to be one of them but even back then I knew I wanted to be a weight loss coach so I embraced "counting macros" and I still enjoy doing it. I know I can choose to stop counting the macros of everything I'm eating when ever I want but for now I'm going to stick with it ... at least until I teach my ultimate weight loss goal of 125 pounds. tea and calf length wears for a formal occasion

147.5 pounds.
