When will we stop saying that women are raped because of the way they dress or the over sexualized behaviour she has? Does she even know what sex is?
A 4 year old is raped in her school, in her second home, in her school uniform.
And they are arrested but will be released after a few months if not just a few days.
What about that 4 year old? She doesn't even know the meaning of rape but when she will know how will she feel? To know that she was touched without her consent when she was a small girl?

When will this stop? WHEN?
